Bridging the Gap to Mental Health Awareness
We are passionate and committed to our mission of Bridging the Gap to Mental Health Awareness through positive messaging through childrenβs voices while educating and advocating on behalf of the causes we support. Our goal is to provide a network of critical resources including support systems, educational opportunities, and wellness strategies to those who live with mental illness, and the devastating effects of suicide. We remain dedicated to dispelling the myths that surround this disease to ensure all who suffer have access to the treatment options they so desperately need.

A note from Debra Michaels, Founder
I've personally been affected by this disease. I lost a very close family member to suicide in a way you can't even imagine. I can not let another soul suffer or lose their battle with this devestating disease. BiPolar Disorder is what caused this deplorable event to happen in my life, so I made a promise to try to help others by sharing my story, my strength, and my hope, while educating anyone who is seeking help to manage mental illness. Many of us have been affected by this disease or know someone who has. We, or they, just don't talk about it enough, often times we don't even recognize the signs. My vow is to #StopTheVoices and #StopTheStigma ! I personally THANK YOU for your support.
